I have an interesting question that some of you might be able to answer or at least comment on.
Should a bowler that only had a left-handed average of 168 last year be able to bowl the State Tournament right-handed this year? He did not establish a right handed average last year, therefore the 168 IS his highest book average.
It happened at this years tournament, he is leading handicap doubles and 2nd or 3rd in handicap singles, not sure about A/E.

Is anyone protesting this?

I know when I bowled the city tournament a few years back, Jerry made me use my highest avg, regardless of hand. I was bowling right handed at the time, but my highest average was left handed at Pacific. It was only a couple of pins different, but he made me use the highest regardless of hand. That's about it.

I am only aware of one bowler and if this is the one in question...yes, it is being checked into. And not just at the state level.
